Product Description
JY series gearbox is one of the main series of cement industry transmission products JinXiang designed and manufactured, in accordance with the standard JC/T878.3-2010 Case-hardened Reducer Used In Cement Industry Part 5: Reducer For Rotary Kiln.
The product is three stages usingcylindrical hard tooth surface gear transmission, parallel shaft structure, adopts the modular design, gear pair is made of high quality high strength and low carbon alloy steel, carburizing, quenching, tooth surface grinding, 54-62 HRC hardness, precision level 6. JY series gearbox is specialized for kiln drive of cement industry, other industries such as metallurgy, mining, sugar can also refer to use.
Working conditions shall meet the following requirements:
A) highest speed of input shaft is not more than 1500 RPM.
B) the gear meshing linear velocity is not more than 25 m/s;
C) working environment temperature is -20 ~ 45 ºC, when lower than 0 ºC, before the start of lubricating oil should be preheated to 0 ºC and above.
D) motor startup torque for the reducer twice the rated torque.
