The mechanical structure is divided into three parts: 1 the main reducer; 2 mill body of large gear ring and cover; 3 slow auxiliary drive components.
This product adopts double power distribution technology, the use of herringbone gear shaft axial float, make the transmission load evenly distributed to two synchronous drive gear of ?mill body of large gear ring.? Two drive pinions with automatic self-aligning structure, ensure the pinion and the joint between the big gear ring gear tooth surface, made under the same load conditions, realized the low gear contact stress?. Also solved the displacement may occur during mill operation and the negative effects of foundation settlement.
The gearbox adopts three-level transmission, with two levels of transmission at the center of the mill reducer compared with larger ratio, thus can use high speed motor, and so motor parts of investment has been saved.
