JinXiang has the chinese largest five-axis CNC mchining center DEPO XPERT V3520 which is imported from Germany, the X stroke is 3500mm, Y stroke is 2000mm, Z stroke is 1000mm, XPERT V3520 has the ability to manufacture Klingberg and Gleason spiral bevel gear, the maximum diameter is 2800mm, module is unlimited, tooth surface hardness is up to 65HRC and precision is up to DIN5.
 
JinXiang adopts new multi-axis linkage bevel gear milling technology from DEPO, which is very different from tradational disccutting method. The new technology adopts figer-type milling cutter to cut the bevel gear groove - includes three step: create CAD model according to gear parameter using special software (DPEO Gear Engineer), TCA and modify the surface to get the best contact pattern, generate final CAD files and import into DEPOCAM software to scheme milling tool path and cut the workpiece.
